Positive: The apartment was very clean, it had a dishwasher and washing machine (which was utilized and worked great). The elevator went directly to the floor the room was on, no half stairs to climb which made using a stroller for our child easier. The apartment had two showers that had good water pressure, very nice tile, and very hot water for a shower. Also the beds were comfortable. Lastly the fridge had plenty of space to store groceries and a freezer with an ice cube tray which was nice to have ice cold water. This apartment is a short walk to the old town square, so the location was amazing.

Negative: Key to the apartment door sometimes was difficult to unlock and took some toggling of the key to get it just right to unlock but that was the only minor thing.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this very clean and comfortable apartment.

Positive: The appartment is clean and very spacious. I think it was newly rennovated so that's nice. The Christmas decoration is a welcoming touch. The host is responsive to our questions.

Negative: We have some difficulty finding the appartment because the hallway was dark. Perhaps, some pictures will make it easier to find. No big deal though.

Summary: We totally enjoyed our stay at the appartment and would recommend it to our friends.

Positive: The location was amazing, a 1 minute walk to the old town square. The Apartment was exceptional, so clean and beautifully appointed inside. The pictures on booking.com looked lovely but in reality the inside was even better! The host was vey helpful and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend this host and property.

Positive: The apartment is breathtakingly beautiful and in an incredible location right in the centre..everything was spotlessly clean and everything we could ever need for our stay was there. The kitchen and bathrooms are luxurious and like new. The location is incredible, so close to restaurants and bars and yet so quiet.

Negative: The beds were hard and the pillows lumpy but otherwise everything was incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was not so good once we arrived which was a shame as we needed some help but ji reply.

Summary: Pure luxury right in the centre.

Positive: The keys were left in a box with PIN code on Haštalská 12 (The apartment is on Týnska 17 which is 450m away/ 6min.walking). The PIN code with instructions was sent in an SMS few hours before the arrival after I sent the time of my arrival. The location is great, cannot be better. The appartment is on the second floor and there is an elevator. The reason I opted for this apartment was that there were 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were fully equipped (there was a hairdryer as well), the whole apartment was fully equipped.

Negative: The apartment entrance door is a bit tricky to unlock. There is an AC, however it is not functioning since they are waiting for permission (they have informed us about it in advance). However, we were comfortable since it was not hot in the apartment and it was August.

Summary: Taking the risk of choosing this apartment without reviews and it was the best decision.
