Positive: The property is really well located in the heart of Bellingham. There are 3 decent sized rooms with a comfortable lounge and kitchen.

Negative: We couldn't figure out the wifi and there was no visible router - however we didn't request help from the host as we had 5G so weren't really that bothered for a our stay that was only a couple of days. Booking through booking.com which then went to Sykes Cottages caused issue and I wouldn't do this again. We couldn't get into the Sykes portal as booking.com set up an email address for you that you have no access to. If you then try reset the password it comes through as a message on booking.com but you can't click on 'reset password'.

Positive: Everything about the cottage is perfect, felt like we were at home from home. Massive fully stocked kitchen, cosy front room and comfortable bedrooms. Lovely modern bathroom and shower.

Negative: Only thing really was parking if travelling in more than one vehicle, but once we knew what the situation was there was a space for our other car outside the church.
