Summary: The Cottage was very well equipped with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The Hot tub was was lovely and warm set at 40c. There was also a BBQ and a fire pit which would be great for social gathering in summer months. Thank you to Toni part of the team for showing us around the other cottages and general friendliness. We hope to return !

Summary: Lovely old farmhouse building, generally well restored and converted into spacious and well equipped holiday rentals. Some amenities not listed and no information about usage e.g. wood burning stove. Cleanliness generally good but let down by a few items clearly not checked/changed from previous renters - couple of dirty plates and glasses, food remains on placemats, some dirty marks on couple of pillow cases. Big showers with plenty of hot water and bathroom essentials included. Lovely, big outdoor space with hot tub but down steps and across patio so could do with addition of towel store for when it's raining. Well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener and jams but no milk, pepper and vinegar but no salt, plenty dish washer tablets/washing-up liquid and soap. Beds have extremely firm mattresses and chatter/music/singing from renters beneath using hot tub until 1pm (way beyond 11pm curfew) did not make for a restful last night. Great location for waterfall walk, Kielder activities, local shops/pubs/cafes (Fountain Cottage Cafe a must try!). Dog friendly cottage and mostly welcome in pubs/cafes too. Many attractions closed due to being winter presumably. Enjoyed by all the family, would recommend!

Summary: Everything was great beautiful accommodation and spotless. We had a power cut which left us unable to use all the facilities but they came to our door to check we were ok which was lovely (the whole village was out). Only things missing which were small items . Dish towel and oven gloves. Hot tub lovely but a bit small we could not fit all 4 adults in .

Summary: The apartment was really good with everything you could need for your stay. A private enclosed garden with a hot tub made it ideal to be able to relax and chill and just enjoy the time we had there.

Summary: Absolutely lovely apartment on the first floor. Everything was pristine and comfortable. Everything you need, shower gel, shampoo, etc., and a well-equipped spacious kitchen. We loved it! Location is superb, on the edge of the village, just at the start of a lovely walk to the waterfalls. Villiage has a Co-Op open late.
