Summary: We have stayed at the Villa Febea and Casa Febea property previously and will be returning again in August 2019. We cannot say enough about how beautiful and well managed the property is. The Italian cypress tree lined driveway leading to Villas is just the start of an amazing vacation. Casa Febea is a secluded, private property sitting on a hill with views of the countryside. You can enjoy walking through the grounds alongside olive groves with views of hilltop Tuscan towns. It is a pleasant walk to the closest town of Chuisi (about 30 minutes), through the back of the property and alongside country fields, farms and vineyards. You can enjoy cooking in the well appointed kitchen (grocery stores are about a 5 minute drive) or choose to have your meals catered. We choose the Welcome dinner and Tuscan dinner, prepared by the staff. It was delicious, regional and plentiful. They accommodated all special food requests. Relaxing by the pool was a highlight for everyone. The close proximity to so many wonderful towns and sites makes it a perfect place for a group vacation. Highly recommend!

Summary: Villa Febea is an ideal place to spend a week (or more) for many reasons. It can accommodate a large group (we were 12 adults) and each bedroom had a private bath with shower. The villa itself is very comfortable with all the amenities one would need. The kitchen is well supplied and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff is very accommodating - a dinner was prepared for us on the day we arrived. The pool is large, heated if needed, and a great place to spend an afternoon after exploring the countryside. Chiusi, the nearby town, has everything you need. The train station is very central and will whisk you away to Florence or Orvieto . We rented cars so we were able visit several of the lovely Tuscan and Umbrian villages. The entire week spent at the villa was pure joy- thanks to Jacopo and his excellent staff. Recommended highly!
