If you can't climb stairs, avoid this property. Good coffee and breakfast was 0.3 miles away. Neighborhood was reasonably quiet. About a 10-15 minute drive to Rice. Easy freeway access. Very spacious.

Summary: house was very nice. sparsely decorated and supplied, but had the minimums we needed. master bed and bath were very nice. could have used some window coverings in a few places. construction across the street, and minimal street parking, but the garage at the property worked for us.
