Summary: Staff lovely on arrival but seemed short staffed in the rest of the hotel and restaurant. Ate dinner at the restaurant and food was served very late and cold (other guests complained). Sunbed situation was not normal for a 5 star hotel. There are not enough for guests and some are reserved all day without management removing any towels

Summary: The room was lovely, spacious and quiet . The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly . The breakfast buffet was amazing with great coffee’s . The location is perfect only a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool is huge if you enjoy doing lengths it’s perfect.
