Welcome to the perfect little beach house! Twin Sands is a cute, comfortably furnished home in the Dory Pointe neighborhood of Pacific City within walking distance to the beach Cape Kiwanda, Pelican Pub, surfing and shops. There are 2 master suites, a gas fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and a cozy living room.

Space Layout:
2 level home. First level entry has living room, kitchen, dining area, garage and back patio. Upstairs has bedroom with queen bed, master bath with tub/shower. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower.
Neighborhood:
Dory Pointe is a newer, quiet neighborhood of upscale beach homes built consistent with the natural environment. The area is bordered on the east by a greenbelt of shorepine trees that is perfect for exploring with kids or playing with the dog. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just north of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. The walk to the beach is quick through Shorepine village trails, or down the street to Cape Kiwanda State Park. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR's.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Summary: We had a nice stay over Thanksgiving at this house and were happy with the cleanliness and the well stocked kitchen. The hot tub, games and foosball table were fun diversions! Communication was excellent. Negatives were that the house is a bit dark and has no views, and is, as stated, about a 7 minute walk from public beach access. We were happy that it was available at a later notice over the holidays and overall were happy with the stay!

Summary: Absolutely loved this cozy place .. ocean was in walking distance and to every little place you could wanna shop at or eat at We loved how clean the place was and how everything you could need was inside .. from The cozy window views and such a cozy home feeling to sitting outside enjoying the quitnesness and such friendly people.. we definitely will be back .. the place was so clean and so organized and was so nice to have a huge binder full of places to eat .. places to go .. such an amazing time spent .. we loved it …

Summary: Lovely place! Super clean!!! Really liked the two bedroom suites with the private bathroom in each bedroom. Kitchen had all that we needed to cook. Awesome place with a short walk to the beach.
