Negative: The access code was really long and a bit of a hassle, but it was workable.

Negative: - As mentioned by others downstairs bedrooms are extremely hot - The kitchen had an odd assortment of cooking ware (no sheet pans for example). There was no oil, pepper, or coffee and it felt like there should have been - The door code is like 10 digits long which seems unnecessary

Positive: I loved that the house was very inviting and had comfortable furnishings. Even had all the pots and pans needed for cooking as well as a few spices! Overall it was definitely worth what we paid and would stay there again if the opportunity arose!

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the distance to downtown Leavenworth. If you don't want to drive 26 minutes to town, make sure you pickup what you need for food or what have you before you head out!

Positive: Neighborhood, location, close to the river, and Lake Wenatchee

Negative: The grill ran out of gas 5 minutes after we started out the fire. No replacement so couldn't do our BBQ. There were no filters for the coffee maker. Had to drive to the closest store (15 min drive) to get them. Fire pit had no firewood. Had to also purchase it. The heat system is pretty noisy, especially if you stay in one of the rooms by the kitchen.

Positive: The location with tons of snow was awesome and the space itself was perfect for my husband and I, my best friend, her husband, and their 14y.o daughter.

Negative: Or just some friendly suggestions: The coffee maker was too complicated. For the next person, we had to buy our own coffee. I’m sure you’re aware of the broken fridge shelf? Might have been an issue if we were staying longer? We also had to modify the bench at the dining table due to broken parts underneath. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner (the floor in the downstairs one especially) and the shower head upstairs should be replaced. The settings are all wrong. The bedroom upstairs was very warm when we got there and no instructions for the fireplace, once we got it to a comfy temp, not sure if it even worked?

Summary: We’d definitely love to stay here again!!
