Welcome to Aspen Meadow Retreat, located minutes from Leavenworth, this large spacious home will provide the perfect gathering spot for laughter and great memories. This is a fantastic home for large families or large groups of friends. The open-concept common areas on the main floor have been redesigned so that large groups can easily enjoy each other's company while taking in the wonderful views of the Stuart Range Mountains from the large south-facing windows. You will also enjoy the same views just outside the main floor on one of the largest wrap around decks in Leavenworth. Just off the spacious dining room is a great little nook by a gas fireplace with seating for 2. The main floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a billiard room. The lower section of the home also has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms one of which is set up bunk style to accommodate 4 adults/kids in beds. There is another spacious family room with plenty of seating, a large screen TV, a sofa-sleeper and just off of that is another entire full kitchen and dining nook. The large garage has a ping pong table, dart board, and other games for your enjoyment. The lower section of the home has a large covered patio that includes a 7 person hot tub and opens up to the spacious grounds.Parking is available for 8 cars and the lawn area is huge for great outdoor games with friends and family. This wonderful home has it all times 2 and will make that special home base for large groups wanting to explore Leavenworth.

Summary: Good size house but pretty tired furnishings. Listed as non-smoking but as soon as opening front door a very noticeable smoking smell permeated. Entering garage you could see why, they must have used it to smoke in....very strong. I found the management company very unresponsive. They were going to send someone out but never did...just bunch of emails full of platitudes. Also had problems with smoke detectors doing random chips at night. We had to remove them only to see that they were 20 years outdated. I put more the blame on the lack of total commitment from the management company. Spent a lot of money for a not very enjoyable experience during a time when I had my whole family together for Christmas.

Summary: Great traditional home. Needs some updates. But was very cozy!! Mattress in main bedroom was terrible though. Bad sleeps...Also, didn't expect with that size house that none of the bedrooms would'nt have a bathroom connected. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a great time!

Summary: We stayed from a Friday evening to Sunday morning. Admittedly, we were out of the house a lot of the time because we were doing the Enchantments through hike - which this home is perfect for. The house is only a 10 minute drive from the Snowlake trailhead. The amount of beds, bathroom and general property was accurate from the listing. A really great place to host a couple of families or large group of folks. Large dining room, a large deck, big family room and a secondary kitchen in the basement. Worked very well for us! Very clear and easy communication from the hosts - super easy check-in and out. The Love Leavenworth Vacation Rentals team runs a tight ship and we've had good experiences with them.

Summary: Great location but the property is tired. The owners need to look at the little things that are broken or not site. Example is the ping pong table and related equipment . Spend a few bucks and replace the homemade table and the paddles . The general maintenance of the issues inside and outside require examination and correction. This goes from towel hangers that fall off the wall. Toilets that don't shut off after being flushed. etc. Irritating but easily fixed, I would not recommend staying at this home until all the broken items are replaced,
