Summary: The apartment is in a restored old stone house in the centre of a tiny village and is well furnished. During our stay the owner gave us some wood for the fireplace and it was very nice to stay all together near the fire during the evening. We visited Casentino valley (where there are many beautiful villages, first of all Poppi and its castle) Arezzo, Florence and the National park of Casentino's forests. If we will came again in Tuscany, certainly we will choose Borgo Casalino again!!! See you soon!!!

Summary: We stayed in this lovely apartment for three days and we enjoyed very much our vacation. The house was clean and the owner very kind. The building is in the centre of an old stone village. We had some in walk in the forest near the village and we moved by car to visit Florence. Recommended!

Summary: The house and the village in which it was located were really beautiful and quiet. On top of that, the house is new and well decorated. It is a perfect place to rest. The owners of the house were very nice and always ready to help and solve possible problems. The kitchen equipment was not completely satisfactory, although it was suficient. If you want to visit Florence from Casalino (which we believe is 5 kilometers away from Pratovecchio, and not 3), it will take you around 45 or 50 minutes, but you must take into account that most of the way there is winding and not very comfortable to drive at night. In spite of these things, we found the stay in this house satisfactory and would recommend it to other people.
