Positive: The model and comfort of the home exceeded expectations., very good veiw on balcony and back yard space. Was able to use the grill and had a little bar B Q and enjoy a nice evening outside. The rooms were also very comfortable and spacious. Very comfortable and relaxing accommodations.

Negative: Some difficulties with the master bedroom. The stairs were a bit steep, always had to be careful going up and down.

Positive: The comfort of the beds. Spacious living, access to the pool. Quiet residence, the aesthetic of the house.

Negative: Inconsistent of the jacuzzi. There were moments that it wasn’t working despite the fact that we reported it and someone taught us to work it; but still they it wasn’t working.

Positive: Kevin was fantastic! The house was beautiful and spotless on our arrival. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and waiting for us. The location is in a growing area within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the beach, bars and casinos. Grocery shopping is a very short drive away. Though the pictures are lovely online, and our expectations were high, the house exceeded all our thoughts. We went for my wife's birthday. Kevin arranged to have flowers waiting to surprise her on arrival. Where else do you get treated like that?

Negative: There is no real room for improvement, except that we don't actually live there.

Summary: My wife is ready to return after leaving only a week ago.
