Welcome to Sea Breeze at the Stone House our home in the sunshine.
The lounge is light and airy with a beamed vaulted ceiling and stylishly furnished.
There are 3 bedrooms ( 2 downstairs ) all of which are air-conditioned and the master bedroom (upstairs) is king-size with ensuite and large wrap around terrace with stunning sea views with furniture to relax and enjoy sunrise and sunset.
On the ground floor there is a separate large family bathroom with walk in shower.
The large kitchen comes fully equipped.
Outside there is an 8 x 4 private pool with loungers and parasols and dining table and chairs plus another separate furnished seating area and a gas BBQ
Turtle beach is a short walk as are 3 different local restaurants all offering excellent Cypriot cuisine.
Taxi transfer from Larnaca and Ercan airport to the villa where you can have your hire car delivered can be organised by our excellent house manager. A car is needed to make the most that North Cyprus has to offer and to get supplies from the local supermarket which is about 6 - 7 mins away.
A 4 min drive will take you to the exclusive Korineum golf course with it's challenging 18 holes or the more relaxing spa for some pampering.
Out and about: Getting around by car is very easy and with so much to see and do you will be spoilt for choice.You can explore the natural beauty of The Karpaz peninsula with only donkeys and turtles for company where the air is clean and the silence is golden. If it's history and architecture you want then historic Bellapais Abbey perched high up with commanding views over Kyrenia or St Hilarion castle with it's climb to the top will leave you breathless. Summary: The villa get better and better each year. Carol and Terry are always making tweaks, this year on arrival found now patio furniture, new furniture under the gazebo, new television although not used and now connected to mains water for domestic use. This was our 5th visit in six years and it has really become a home from home. Local restaurants are still providing excellent value for money and if you want to have a holiday where you are completely able to unwind, switch off and recharge then I could not recommend it more. The villa gives you a base, although this time around we spent most days around the pool and under the gazebo as the temp was touching 40-45 each day. The owners manager Denise provided an excellent service as she always does, and if you have issues at all Andy the maintenance guy is only a phone call away. Don't like to say as it reduces availability for us but you really should try this beautiful place. PH.Dover.

Summary: We have just enjoyed a three week break here and had a lovely time .The house is well equipped with everything you might need. Quite modern but also traditional in style. Lots of places to sit ,by the pool or in a shaded place just by the back of the house and also in front,each with a pleasant view. Also quiet which we enjoyed for relaxing when you are not out shopping in Kyrenia or on walks to visit castles or monastery ruins. There is a lovely local beach with a cafe/restaurant which is useful . This is a conservation area as turtle come in and lay their eggs.. There is always Denise at the end of the phone for any help or advise you might need. She helps run the villas in this area..Hope you enjoy your holiday as we have.

Summary: As always this villa never fails to provide an excellent base for visiting the area. 3rd time back and 4th to the village. This time 6 of us stayed and there was plenty of space for us all. The pool area is fantastic and with the new addition of pool steps has made the area even better and would now think this is fine for children as well. Plenty of places to sit in shade if this is what you need and if you want a little solitude. Have to say that we again only used Benoz of the village restaurants but this is because over the years we have got to know the owner Ergan and Eleg and their children but there are so many restaurants around to choose from you could eat in a different one each night for many days or weeks. All offer extraordinary value for money and it is probably cheaper to eat out than in. If you choose the later then the villa has a well equipped kitchen and there is a also a barbecue if you wish. The property is always clean and beautifully presented. Absolutely love the place and have no hesitation in giving 10 out 10 for the property. The property manager Denise will try and cater for all your needs. We are already trying to arrange next years stay! PH Dover.

Summary: This Villa is just the amazing home ever! We have been here twice and will be returning again in 2018. Everything you need for a relaxing break, the pool, garden and villa are immaculate. It has become like a second home to us and Carol has always been very helpful and informative with everything we needed to know as was Denise and Andy. The weather was amazing, lots of supermarkets nearby and plenty of things to see and do! Cannot wait to be back and i can highly recommend this villa.

Summary: Beautiful location, second time at property and already booked to come back in September 16. Have stayed also at property next door sorry to say not quite up to the standard of Sea Breeze. Everything you could hope for and more. Have enjoyed many villa holidays but nothing compares for peace and quiet. About 10 mins from Kyrennia or Girne as now known. Local restaurants are great as they are only a stones throw away. Turtle beech is a short walk but you do have a café/restaurant there serving food and drinks. Found a new steak house on the road into Kyrennia which is highly recommended and of course for a special night there is always Bellapais Abbey there are details in the villa. The pool area is not really suitable for young children unless they are competent swimmers or you keep an eye for them but for 6 fifty and sixty some things we love it. Food is cheap if you want to eat in and there are plenty of supermarkets close by. The kitchen area has all the appliances that you might need. There are various seating areas for reading, watching your I-pad or just dozing the afternoon away. Absolutely love the place. PH.Dover.

Summary: We were very happy with our choice of villa. The Sea Breeze is a real home from home. The standard of the accommodation, the location and the friendly locals made this a very enjoyable experience. We have never had such a relaxing holiday. This is the perfect way to relax and unwind. We can’t wait to return to Alagadi. The villa is lovely and extremely comfortable. The perfect place to chill and relax. We were extremely sad to leave and could easily have stayed longer. We will miss our early morning coffee on the balcony gazing out over the sea. We first visited Alagadi Bay in 2015 and immediately fell in love with the village. We love the peace and quiet and the fact that we are only a short car trip away from Girne, Bellapais etc. Although you don’t have to travel very far to eat some very good food. The village has a few great places to eat, our favourites are Benoz and St Kathleens, both serve delicious food and always make you feel very welcome. We were very pleased to see that there was a new restaurant this year - the Alagadi Bay Restaurant. Make sure you pay a visit the food is lovely and Ahmet and Dervis will make you feel very welcome. Make sure you ask Ahmet to make you one of his delicious cocktails. We must mention Denise and Andy who provide a great support service and are always happy to help. Denise was vey helpful when we needed a good dentist. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday!

Summary: My wife and i again have had the most amazing two weeks in this fantastic villa, it certainly is a place of pure beauty and we will never tire of the view from the porch...stunning!! and i must say we never heard anything from the electical plant in the far distance and the only thing we saw in that direction was the start of a fantastic sunset, cannot wait to be back to what we can only describe as our second home, thank you.
