Summary: The house is perfect for a family vacation. The appartment "Tulip" is spaceous and has everything needed for a great time. Every room was nicely decorated, very clean and welcoming for the guests. It has all amenities needed for a stay, a private parking space, even a fitness room, sauna, and an outdoor grill. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The outside terrace is very inviting for relaxation. And the pool is a bonus. So much fun for adults and children. Communication with the hosts was easy and they are very friendly.

Summary: A very nice and light apartment, with a very nice host. We think it must be the place i Italy with the highest cleaning standard, we have ever lived, and that includes 5 star hotels. We found the best food and service at the local restaurant in st. Pietro, try the menu al giorno, its very good. Ps not 3, but 2 bedrooms in the apartment, no problem for us, as we only where 2 people.

Summary: Not all apartments of the house were occupied so it was really quit and private for us. Landscape is flat so good for biking in the lagune.

Summary: We stayed at Guerrino and Antonella’s lovely country manor from 20-27 May 2022. The cozy 3-bedroom "Tullip" apartment was more than adequate for the 4 of us and as perfect as the site photos indicate. The kitchen, dining/living area and bathroom were well equipped with all the amenities we desired. The bedrooms were large with lots of storage and comfortable beds. The pool and outdoor grounds were simply stunning! And the pool and lounge chairs were hugely appreciated after a long day of sightseeing in the local area. But most appreciated was the welcome extended by Guerrino and Antonella. They rank at the very top of the hosts we have met over many years of VRBO renting. Guerrino spoke with us almost every day and was very helpful in providing us with information on the local attractions and recommendations on the best sights to visit. We will remember his charm and wit and our stay with them very warmly for many years to come.

Summary: Very nice Villa in a quite area , perfect to relax at home and enjoy the location with our Kids (2,4). Many tourists sites within 20-30 min car drive, supermarket 10 min. The restauration of the house was done very well and especially the beautiful interior made us happy every day. We received great hospitality from the owner family and everything was very well organized. Thank you!!!

Summary: We had a very warm welcom by Antonella and Guerrino, the owners of the house. We stayed in the Tulip part of the house that is spacious and well decorated by Antonella. All rooms have an airconditioner that keep the temperature in the house at a comfortable level. The house is well equipped with nice beds and a modern kitchen and bathroom. We mostly ate at our own private part of the terrace, looking over the garden and the nice pool. If you are looking for peace and quit than you found it! Venice can easily be reached by boat (25 minutes) from Fusina Terminal where you can park your car and the beach is only a 25 minute drive away. Antonela and Guerrino thanks for your hospitality. Summary: We have spent the first week of July 2017 in in the Royal Tulip Apartment in this beautifully renovated 19th century farmhouse as a German family with two boys of 9 and 15 years. It is well equiped and tastefully renovated, so that it appears rather like a new house, but with style. It is a bit away from the village and thus perfectly quiet, but you need a car. Really everything is new and clean and tasteful. Antonella and Guerrino were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. The house and the garden are both well kept and in complete accordance with the official description and pictures or even better. E.g. this was my first Holiday home with moskito protection on all the windows, which are a real luxury especially at night. So we had a very nice an comfortable and relaxing stay there. With the boys we used the pool and the grill excessively and did two boat trips to Venice from Chiaggio and one to Padova by car. Thank you Antonella and Guerrino for your hospitality and the nice time in your house. We will sure come again.
