Positive: It was a clean room, we had hous keeping everyday and staff were friendly and helpful

Negative: The bathroom sink was blocked so the first shower that I got became a disaster and water ran into the room and all my luggage and everything got wet

Positive: I found myself in a very clean, nicely decorated room. The bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided. Since I don't like paper cups I asked a glass at the reception and I was offered a whole choice!

Negative: The mat at the entrance of the hotel shows a lot of wear and tear, and at one place it is starting to form a loop that one could easily fall over if not repaired soon. Nobody probably really notices yet but I am recovering from a broken leg and constantly watch where I'm walking.
