Summary: The Hotel is a new building, located in what seems to be also a new upper residential area, safe and quiet. A convenience store, Restaurant, Medical Clinic and a pharmacy are about two block away and the Floating Market about 10 minutes by Grab or Uber (US$ 4) The room was very large, confortable bed, nice furniture, refrigerator, hot water kettle, TV with excellent signal and over 65 channels including HBO, cool A/C. The bathroom also very large, modern decoration and hot water. I stayed a week and my room was cleaned meticulously everyday .The staff was always smiling and ready to help and it was my best experience I had in my many trips to Vietnam. You can enter the room and smell the fresh air. Highly recommended!!

Summary: A new hotel and very comfortable at a cheap price. Just 2 little quibbles. 1. If you design a new hotel why no plug sockets or light switches near the bed. 2.Out of their control but they were building another hotel next to this one and the bricklayers had got to the same level as my bedroom.
