Positive: Nice cottage with everything you need for a holiday. The man next door was lovely and helpful about the local area. The lane down to the cottage is a single track and then a very scary wooden bridge just wide enough to get a car over. Anything larger then a mokka would be impossible, but it doesn't tell you this until after you have booked and paid( non refundable) for it. However the cottage has a lovely out look.

Negative: As stated the entrance / exit was scary and narrow. Had I known or been allowed to cancel I probably wouldn't have stayed here. There wasn't any instructions on how to use the cooker. I found the switch for the shower purely by coincidence as it wasn't mentioned in the welcome pack.

Positive: Location beside the river, surrounded by woodlands, is incredible. It was remote, peaceful and very relaxing. The cottage is small and charming but ideal for us. The views are wonderful and we enjoyed dinner on the deck overlooking the river. Short walk through the woods to the nearest train station.

Negative: The approach road is not great, as stated in the description, so follow the advice. But its a small compromise for such a wonderful remote and peaceful spot.

Positive: fantastic little cottage , excellent facilities , really comfortable beds , location by the river beautiful really peaceful .

Negative: not really didn’t like , but the drive from the main road is long and very narrow with lots of bumps in the lane, the bridge is very interesting to manoeuvre.
