Positive: Did not have door code. Had to call owner. 10 digit door code is extremely hard to use.

Negative: Had to call for wifi. No up front communication or info in condo.

Summary: Loved the ocean view and pool and chairs and beach stuff. Did not realize on third floor.

Negative: The noise of the AC was unbelievable and was so loud you couldn’t sleep. You could hear it kick in with a thump and then it felt like there was a motorcycle in the room with you. The tap in the bathroom didn’t work and the water came out as a tiny trickle. The fitted sheet was the wrong size for the sofa bed and there pillows but not enough pillow covers for them.

Summary: Nice place, small improvements would make it much better

Positive: This place was so clean. Very comfortable and you can hardly hear any outside noises (unless you want to). The pool was lovely and beach access was great. There were pots and pans that were actually decent looking and all the appliances were in great condition and usable. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful. Even helping me and my sisters by lugging a heavy cooler up to the 3rd floor.

Negative: Only issue at all was having to lug all your luggage and items up 3 flights of steps ,if you are on the 3rd floor,. No elevator. But that can be remedied by requesting a ground floor room.

Positive: The view and the location were awesome! There was a very nice pool with many toys for playing, the kids loved it. It was great that there were beach items in the closet: three umbrellas, one of which was quite large, three boogie boards (all broken, but still fun), and two beach chairs.

Negative: The sofa bed was broken and was uncomfortable to sleep in. There were no bedding for the sofa, so we had to sleep on the mattress protector and with a blanket that was without a bedding. We wrote to the staff, but nobody came to provide us with bedding. The A/C was very loud and woke us up in the middle of the night.

Positive: Great location with ocean views. Vacasa communication throughout was excellent. The resort itself was well maintained and the site staff were very helpful and friendly. There were a couple of cosmetic issues with the apartment that needed attention, but other than that the accommodation was ideal for the two of us and I’d be more than happy to return at some point in the future.

Negative: Some external balcony space would have been great, but due to the design of the complex, none was available for this apartment, which was a shame.

Summary: A very enjoyable and relaxing break at a great location.

Positive: The location and overall facility (pool, etc. )were ckean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the overall decor was nice. Beach umbrella was good, but NOT the chairs. (See other notes) The selection of TV programming was good. The selection of games, puzzles, and books was appreciated.

Negative: The sleeper/couch was NOT comfortable to sit on: It pitched you forward so much we took the extra bed pillows and put them under the couch cushions for it to be usable. The light in the kitchen area was not working, and our call to condo owner/Vacasa to report it on day one was not productive. We were told that someone would be sent out the following day to fix the issue, but no one called or showed up. Also, the coffee maker did not work properly: It's glass pitcher is not the right size to allow the coffee to flow properly. (The original pitcher was probably broken/replaced.) We did not report the faulty coffee maker since our original report about the malfuctioning light was ignored. The beach chairs provided were not really "beach chairs". The supplied umbrella style collapsible chairs provided are not designed to relax in. Yes, you can sit on them,... but not relax w/o them digging into your shoulder blades. (The owner should replace them with actual beach chairs) A small cooler to take down to the beach would have been appreciated as well.
