Positive: The convenience of many of the facilities and how easy it could be to pick them up with enough English and Chinese explanations

Negative: There were times the staff wasn’t present meaning some of the services had to be figured out by ourselves, but despite that we could solve the issues and during the times we could get in contact with them, they were very welcoming to assist us.

Positive: Great, convenient location and very clean and comfortable room for 3 people. Owner was super responsive and helpful. The room was hot when we got there and the owner came over almost immediately to make sure we were working the AC units correctly. Great trip and would recommend this room.

Positive: The location is perfect. Right on the subway line that connects narita airport, haneda airport and the city centre. There is also plenty to eat nearby, with a delightful izakaya across the main street. The apartment was clean and efficient. And despite being on the ground floor, the neighborhood is so quiet that we slept really well There's also a kitchenette corner with sink and an induction burner. Between those and the kettle, it was really helpful. Fridge and freezer too

Negative: Could have used a few more plates and cutlery in the kitchenette area and better toilet paper... thats all I can complain about 😀

Positive: A very nice hotel. The owner was super nice and responsive. He was very helpful. Great location for our second half of our Tokyo trip. Very nice area (first half was at Shinjuku area). The room was spacious and comfortable.

Negative: The steep staircase was a little challenging to climb up with our big suitcase but not impossible. There is also a slight humid odor in the room but I guess it is due to the summer humid weather. Overall great value for the money.

Positive: Laundry was good, no dryer, but used roof. Nice and clean restrooms Easy to get to from Metro Nice neighbors, safe neighborhood. Quiet Friendly staff. There was washing deterrent for cloths and soap for dishes Felt safe to store luggage outside at information desk

Negative: Could have some cooking oil available. I talk to staff and she let me pass on our cooking oil to next person in apartment.

Positive: We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was wonderful. Huge space for Tokyo and extremely well priced. The stairs are a pain but hey, deal with it. It’s perfect for getting around Tokyo with 2 train stations close by. 7/11 konbini is around the corner and there are restaurants everywhere. The owner is delightful. The other staff not so friendly, but respectful and quiet. I will definitely stay here again!
