Positive: The access to the beach and the cleanliness of the property the staff were polite. Special shout out to MR G Munnu Swamy the guard who is a gem of a person
Negative: For the rate the charge they can include free breakfast. The bar is open till 11 but not the restaurant. If they do close there is nothing available not even simple snacks like sandwiches

Positive: The beach proximity to Sitapur is excellent. You can just walk out of the gate to see the sunrise in the morning which is supposed to be excellent. The ambience is really nice ,clean and quiet. Kids have lots of fun in the resort. The resturant is good as well. They set up a small table at the viewpoint for everyone to sit in the evening and relax.
Negative: The property can have a little something more than just the location seller. Maybe something to do other the restaurant or your room could have added a great touch. Maybe a small swimming pool could have been there. The check out time of 0830 in the morning is a bummer, although they accept late check-out till 1030h.
Summary: Excellent located resort at Sitapur beach.
