Summary: Hotel was great, but some of the staff at the front desk were very rude. Shame because the hotel is nice, most of the staff were nice but the one big lady at check in was very rude.

Summary: The hotel is clean, the room was nice and the staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful. Their beach towels are not of good quality and their main restaurant is not well reviewed and hardly had anyone in it during the four days we stayed at the hotel. I was frustrated that the staff did not clearly state that only one late check out is provide per floor. It was frustrating to learn that and I only received a late check out after I complained twice.
