Located in Coral Beach, the premier condo complex in the San Juan Metro Area, you'll access all the amazing things Puerto Rico has to offer: Old San Juan, El Yunque, Piñones, Condado, La Placita, T-mobile district, Calle Loiza…. all while being on a safe beach in the metro area with a cool vibe!
The space
Presenting a gorgeous, modern, sophisticated one bedroom apartment with amazing amenities right on the best urban beach in Puerto Rico!
You'll love staying in this place, with a spacious open-floor plan kitchen and living room perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the beach, rainforest or snorkeling adventures, cultural and historical explorations, or enjoying the gastronomy of Puerto Rico's numerous celebrity chefs and local eats!
Our place is well-appointed and well-maintained, offering a variety of kitchen amenities, TVs, beach chairs and towels, and a washer/dryer.
Building amenities include a pool, basketball courts, tennis courts and direct access to the beach! (The tennis courts are currently under repair as of January 2025)
The building has a gym with exercise equipment, cardio equipment, and weights. It is available for guests to use for $50 per guest per stay for stays up to one month; $50 a month for longer stays.
Not only that, we offer curated experiences, not just a stay. Count on us to help you with anything you need to make your vacation unforgettable, from personal shopping services to itinerary planning help. We've even planned beach weddings for our guests!
Important note as we go into hurricane season!!! Technically this apartment’s cancellation policy is 30 days. However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you don’t want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. In other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!
