Summary: We enjoyed staying at Tru by Hilton for the weekend. We walked to the beach and found several restaurants close by. We didn't need to drive anywhere else. The Rooftop Bar was a fun place to kick back too. Our room was comfy; breakfast wasn't fancy but sufficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: Our check in was a complete nightmare. When FINALLY getting to our room, this is what we paid for. And yes, we reported it. Not Hilton standards. Very disappointing!

Summary: Great location but parking is a little bit expensive. They were doing repairs around the pool area so that wasn’t the best view. Nice gym but definitely needs to be cleaned a lot better! Room was nice and staff was really nice!

Summary: TV NOT WORKING I ADVISED STEPANHIE AT THE DESK AT 625 PM 905 PM I ARRIVED BACK TV STILL NOT WORKING NO NOTE/CALL /MESSAGE ADVISING ME OF SUCH. I HAD TO CALL DOWN AGAIN STEPANIE STATED THE TECH COULDN'T FIX IT UNTIL TOMORROW STEPHANIE HAD THE MANAGER CALL AMELIA MANAGER OFFERED ME 30% OFF I SAID NOT ACCEPTABLE WHAT DO YOU WANT SHE ASKED I RESPONDED 100% SHE SAID OK AND HUNG UP I TOOK THAT AS THE ENTIRE BILL WILL BE REFUNDED BUT FOR THEM NOT TO CALL AND ADVISE ME IT WASN T FIXED AND THEN SHE HANGS UP ON ME TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
