Positive: The facility location and amenities were excellent. The room was well prepared and very clean. I was able to Doordash my favorite food from near by restaurant.

Negative: The check-in process was very slow. I showed up after 3pm and was told that no rooms were available. When I logged into the Hilton Honors app. I was assigned a room but stated that it was being prepared. Came back at 4:30pm to it still took over 45 mins for me to get confirmation of room rather than being about to use my digital key.

Positive: Stayed at Tru by Hilton and loved the modern vibe. Rooms are simple but smartly designed, everything felt clean and fresh. Staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options. Great value for a quick, comfortable stay.
