Positive: The home is beautiful, very clean, very modern and tastefully decorated. The porch is also lovely with a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway. The neighborhood seems to be quiet and safe.

Negative: There was no hairdryer, which surprised me a little bit. I never received the email that allowed me access to the home, but fortunately I was able to contact the host and they quickly responded with my code. I am a larger person and I had to do some work while I was there. I found there were no comfortable chairs for me and no office space to work. So I found it very difficult to get any work done because I just couldn’t find a comfortable place to set up my laptop and mouse and keyboard - on one day I paid to use a coworker space in Jacksonville. The location turned out not to be the best for me because everything I wanted to see and do was at least a half hour drive through city traffic. The washing machine is a top load and it is so deep that I wasn’t able to reach my laundry after it was done. I had to use a blanket to step on plus some tongs from the kitchen to pull my laundry out of the bottom of the washing machine.

Positive: We had a lovely time. We stayed Monday to Monday and wouldn't have traded a single thing. The property is neat and tidy. The home is lovely, spacious, and safe. We traveled with our 5 children and safety is a huge thing for us. It's absolutely just homey vibes even being away from home. Our Little Momma whose 19years old a chihuahua was also welcomed to stay. We Wil be back guys!!

Positive: Place beautiful and clean. We caught 5 big red cod, 1 drum. If you fish stay to left side of property. It's where they hit. We used shrimp from Main street bait. Just loved peace. Didn't see nobody except us.

Positive: It's hard to decide what I liked the most but I will try my best: 1. The host was amazing, always answered my questions on time and he was super kind. 2. The River view from the house was so relaxing, I spent almost a day just sitting outside looking to different types of birds 3. The house inside was spotless and beautiful Also, even though some previous reviews said that the kitchen was lacking some stuff, we found everything that we needed. In summary, a wonderful place with a wonderful host so we won't think it twice to comeback

Negative: Maybe that the area doesn't feel so good to go for a walk but the house and the view from the house is so beautiful that you really don't feel the need to go out.
