Positive: Clean, had all we needed. Big comfy bed. Nice linen. No kitchen as in cooking facilities but had crockery, cutlery, toaster & kettle. Complimentary breakfast. Cereal, bread, butter condiments. 2 plug in heaters that more than keep us warm. 2 X fluffy bathrobes. Parking at the door. An eclectic decor that I loved. A nice bathroom. Heaps of hot water and good water pressure. Added bonus. Heaps of comfortable chairs. A full size couch, a rocking chair and 2 X lovely antique chairs.

Negative: Nothing. It had all that was needed. Warm and comfy.

Positive: Location was great, close to the Central Otago Rail Trail and town centre. Brooke is very welcoming and the property is great. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for the night.

Summary: Had a lovely stay, everything was clean and comfortable and it was a good spot to recharge.

Positive: Brook was lovely and very welcoming. The bed was very large and comfortable and the unit was very well serviced with great large towels and very cozy.The location was ideal with off street parking.

Negative: Brook left us with breakfast, brown bread would have been better - a small thing. It would be good to get into the corners of the shower to make it squeeky clean
