Positive: This was honestly the perfect location – right on the beach, where you can hear the soothing sound of the waves from your room. Just next to the hotel there is a fantastic beach club restaurant, definitely one of the best in the whole area, with absolutely delicious food and the friendliest, most professional service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and during our stay the weather was so nice that we didn’t even need to use the air conditioner. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea – we truly enjoyed every moment here.

Positive: Perfect location. Gorgeous sea view. Roll down blinds to ensure darkness is a blessing with early sunrise. Excellent value for money. Maria very helpful.

Negative: Bit outdated but does the job. Internet could be a bit faster. Acoustics a challenge - can hear everything from neighbors.

Positive: The hotel was 1 minute walk from the beach & restaurant, and less than 5 minutes walk from the High street! Breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious! Rooms very clean, cleaned every day, bathroom and shower were small, but not a big issue. Aircon in the rooms was very useful. All staff was friendly, Maria was a lovely host, always available for help, she also provided us with a map and suggestions for places to visit in Crete!

Positive: Breakfast was lovely, a buffet selection and even my fussy teenagers enjoyed the food. Coffee was great and a good selection available. Maria, Papa Troulis and,Mama Troulis were usually around and made us feel very welcome. Papa Troulis shared his pomegranate with us. The hotel is right on the beach, literally 20 seconds from door to sunlounger. The resort is small and has just the right amount of Tavernas and shops. Everyone was so friendly. There is a hop on hop off bus into Heraklion and around the town which is perfect for sight seeing and shopping and the hotel is perfectly placed to catch it

Positive: Amazing hotel right at the beach. The hotel manager Maria was always helpful, reacting quickly and assisting with all our requests. Would definitely come there again!
