Property is private located on 250 acres of mature forest with four lakes. There is a jungle garden with canals and African Queen type riverboat. The treehouse is 35 feet in the air accessible by staircase and a separate luggage and supply lift. The interior has central air and heat, WiFi, Cable TV, Sonos Sound System full modern kitchen, master bedroom with private balcony, tile bath with heated floor, tile shower, bidet, washer/dryer; there is a loft bedroom with two bunks and space to place an additional air mattress. There are three porches overlooking jungle gardens and ten acre lake. Lake DeGray State Park is 15min drive and Caddo River 5 mins. Camp Winnamocka is located at opposite side of the property with a frontier stockade fort, pirate ships, ropes course and Native American Village. There are five miles of wooded nature trails to enjoy privately. The property is five minutes from Interstate 30, one hour south of Little Rock 35minutes from Hot Springs. The Treehouse does have a five guests limit.

Summary: This was such an amazing experience! A true tree house high above with all the amenities needed to relax and unwind and enjoy being so high up. We saw deer, watched as squirrel ran and chased each other and just sat outside in the brisk, cool air! A fantastic, unique experience! Thank you Henry!!

Summary: The tree house was a great place to stay for our girls trip. Not a lot of room inside to hang out but there was plenty of room on the decks and porches. The property was beautiful and had so much to do and see. (We only left to go eat) Henry was very nice and informative about the treehouse and the property. Oh and the heated bathroom floor was a nice little bonus! Would definitely go again!

Summary: This was absolutely an amazing trip! It was like Heaven on Earth! One of the most adventurous places I’ve ever been! The treehouse was something like out of the jungle it was STUNNING! 1000% recommend! Mr. Henry was the absolute sweetest man and we enjoyed having him.

Summary: Our family of four will never forget our stay at the Toucan Treehouse! Henry greeted us with all the details and threw in a few funnies. :) Our first night we did some exploring and swam at the pool. The following day we hiked to the other side of the property and found all the fun surprises. We fished and kayaked and cooked. It was the perfect summer vacay. Highly recommend!
