Summary: Our family of six adults had a great vacation at this private home with a secluded backyard in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the beach, the boardwalk and several cute coffee shops.Igor was an extremely flexible host and was gracious to grant a late checkout when we had an unexpected situation arise.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! So comfortable and well-appointed, and the property manager, Igor, was so responsive and helpful. We especially loved the amazing backyard! Would definitely recommend this home, and we hope to stay again next time we are in South Florida!

Summary: Igor, the owner was so accommodating to us during our entire 3 week stay. It is obvious that he wants to make all of his guests happy. The house is updated and well equipped. The back yard and pool were the highlight which makes good sense for a stay in Florida. Being so close to US 1 as well as I-95 made it easy to access nearby cities like Ft Lauderdale as well as Miami. We also enjoyed being close ( a little over a mile) to the boardwalk/ beach and went for some nice walks and free concerts at the bandshell at Margaritaville. Easy to park at the beach area for a 2-3 hours for less than $10. By driving there, we could extend our walks along the beach. Also played pickleball at a park just a few blocks away in the neighborhood as well at another area that was a 15 minute drive. All in all a very enjoyable stay

Summary: We had a great trip. House was clean and up to date. Had everything we needed. Backyard and pool is amazing. Couldn't have asked for more! Host is fantastic and very accommodating. Would definitely want to stay again

Summary: The trip was wonderful! The home was spacious and had everything I didn't pack for an amazing Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well as inside the home. The pool was delightful and the location was very close to grocery stores and restaurants (once we got tired of eating turkey). We look forward to returning again!
