Summary: Was everything we needed for our annual family vacation to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for easier check in/out, better communication with the owner, location, and the special touches for the kids were exactly what we were looking for.

Summary: We had a quick girls weekend. We drove to the keys for the day then had a beach day. This little apartment was the best. Clean, easy access to beaches and other fun activities. I recommend this property. Great location.

Summary: The location was absolutely great! A short walk to downtown restaurants and only a 10-ish minute drive to the beach. We are active, so none of this bothered us. The washer/dryer was removed and should not be reflected in the listing because we were really looking forward to packing light, but we made it work. Sam was very responsive when it seemed that the A/C wasn’t working, but it was just a small matter. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but everything was great. Lots of spices to choose from, we purchased a spatula (not a big deal), and left coffee behind because there was some there already. Be sure to pack beach towels, or you’ll have to buy some. Overall, it was a great place. We really enjoyed it!

Summary: The stay was great, however if you plan to stay more than a day or two I would recommend bringing your own towels. There is no washer or dryer which was disclosed after booking. The internet speeds are horrible and there were no baking pans. The rest of the apartment was ok.
