Summary: This home was everything the site claimed. Plenty of room. We had 8 adults and it was comfortable. Was easy to get in and communication was excellent even when I needed some assistance late at night getting into the property. It was my fault but response time was immediate.

Summary: Amazing property. The entrace to the property reminded me of Disneys Polynesian Resort. Tropical landscaping was top notch. Interior was decorated beautifully. I would come back.

Summary: Two families from GA in Jax for a funeral. A place to sleep and dress/change, only one dinner and two breakfasts use of the kitchen/dining. Paradise was clean, well equipped, and beds were comfy. A/C struggled a bit with outside temp at 95 but bedrooms were cool. Overall a good choice for families to mingle vs. motel options.

Summary: The home was clean and quiet. It was a very convenient, short drive to LaVenture Grove, where my daughter got married. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 and a nice large kitchen to prepare some food together.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house full of character. It was very comfortable & convenient to so many things. Our son & three grandsons live in Fleming Island so it wasn’t a long drive at all. The only thing missing was mixing bowls but other than that, it was great!

Summary: House is clean & tidy. Beds were comfortable & linens were plentiful. Hard to beat the Fruit Cove neighborhood - everything is handy. Showers were also good - nice warm water & good flow. Excellent place for family & friends gathering.
