Summary: It has an amazing potential, but just lacks quality at some important points. Service is just, none existing. 1. We had trouble checking in, the information level regarding this was a joke, took like 45 minutes but succeded in the end. Why? We don't know. 2. Our bracelets could not open our door (luckily the key could), annoying but not that big of a hassle. We went to the reception to fix it - service level was again very bad - ended with "we hope"... Did not work, and we gave up about that. 3. Dirty glass in the room, to few glasses/cups/towels. 4. Towel heater did not work. Called the "Please call us in you need anything at all number". "We will send someone" they said, never showed up. We called again the day after, but the phone just ended on voicemail. Send an e-mail, never received and answer - thats a week ago now. 5. Food, goods, services, games, you name it everything is just overpriced beyond whats reasonable. 5 euro for 0.5L of coke? Joke. I'll just grab some water then, is there some water fountains in one of Europes best countries regarding tap water? Nope, cause they want you to buy.... Coke, monster, beers, at overprice. 6. Food just wasnt... Worth the price. Cafeteria level, restaurant prices. Is there an alternative? Not really, and I know thats why the prices are unfair - but why not make them more fair, and get people to buy more? 7. The smell... Jesus christ on a motorbike. It stinks in the arcade area, like puke smell beyond compare. And we had to go t

Summary: Room was clean and well kitted out for a one night stay. Unique place to visit. Pools were fun, some good slides. Crazy river was very poor, not worth queuing for, was comparable to a lazy river.
