Positive: There is everything inside the dome. Variety of food. A lot of amusement and things to do

Negative: It’s for families with younger kids. I have a 12 years daughter who had a blast. But my 15 years son didn’t enjoy the waterslides.

Positive: Then pools and slides were great. We couldn't have asked for more.

Negative: The room was dirty and wasn't ready when we checked in, and had to wait 45 minutes for staff to changes the bed sheets, garbage and cleaning. We couldn't open the windows because behind our room smelled strong of sewage. We stayed in RM 1551.

Positive: It was a unique experience overall, nice to be in a tropical bubble during a cold season (but we won't be coming back)

Negative: Not a welcoming atmosphere. Many of the staff members are quite grumpy. The place is definitely shortstaffed at reception (people are always lining up), there is only one (1!) entrance gate and one exit gate for many dozens of people trying to pass them during the busy hours. Not being able to enter the room before 3 pm even when IT IS already cleaned up and ready, feels cheapskate and not caring enough about the guests' wellbeing. Our room was lacking soap in 2 out of 3 places (toilet and shower), we ran out of toilet paper, ALL lightbulbs at the entrance balcony were missing so in the evening it was all dark to get in and out of the room. I listed all of that at the reception and asked them to fix it, but nothing happened until our departure the next day. Anything you ask for, staff members refer you to go elswhere and pass you from one to another without helping to resolve the issues. Food in the various foodcourts is of mediocre (minus) quality. The slides for ages 7+, 12+ were not quick enough to be interesting - they were so slow that we actually got stuck on them a few times.

Positive: The breakfast buffet included in a stay was pretty good.

Negative: Overpriced food and drinks, overcrowded places by pools where I wasn’t able to find a free sunbed. Very warm, and humid inside, so sleeping in the so called „luxurious tent” was a nightmare. Showers and toilets were cleaned to some extent I would say. Stuff was mostly nice, although it was hard to communicate in English with some of them.

Negative: It’s not a water park. It also has water activities but feels more like a resort with shops, restaurants, mini golf etc.
