Positive: We stayed here for one night to rest after a long drive and a tiring work day, and honestly, the place exceeded our expectations. Everything was complete and well maintained. Even though the property is in a more remote area, the Starlink WiFi worked, which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean, no strange smells, no dust, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. They don’t have their own restaurant yet, but the staff has a menu available and will actually buy your lunch or dinner from nearby restaurants for you. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. It was peaceful and exactly what we needed to unwind. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back whenever we’re in San Juan, Batangas.

Positive: Beach access was great! House was comfortable and had all the basics covered, including grill, although kitchen didn’t have a lot of counter space for food prep. Staff very friendly and helpful. There’s also access to a mini store for some last minute essential grocery items.

Negative: Starlink wifi available but was sometimes spotty so may not be ideal for remote working that requires calls.

Positive: The whole place are cleaned.

Negative: The washroom sliding panel wood door doesn’t have locked, the road going in to the villa is wild, rough and tremendously need improvement! It is scary if you are newly driver.

Positive: A serene place not too far from the city but far from digital distractions. This is honestly worth it especially if you come with a group of 4 or more. In our case, we came with our furbabies. Joan sent me all the information I needed from directions, landmarks, list of restaurants along the way, and was able to assist us with parking. They offered to pick us up at the parking lot going to the cabin area since we only drive a 2D hatchback and were worried about driving in unfamiliar downhill terrain. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment - a gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, rice cooker, coffee maker, outdoor grill, and even an oven toaster. Although they don't have an in-house restaurant, we were able to order a scrumptious lunch someplace with the owner's assistance. Don't have any negative comments about the cleanliness of the place. The beach has pristine water and is suitable for pets. Our furbabies definitely enjoyed staying at this place 💯

Negative: I suggest installing screens on the kitchen windows to prevent flies and other insects from coming in when cooking.
