Positive: The cottage and garden are beautiful. Great location. Being able to charge our car whilst away is incredibly helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Good WiFi and a smart TV. Lovely, powerful shower. Love being able to see the horses in the field next door, from the garden. The hot tub is fantastic.

Negative: When we arrived, the central heating was not switched on so it was very cold. We turned the heating on but it didn’t kick in properly for a few hours and some of the radiators were fairly noisy - maybe need bleeding? The master bed was not super comfortable, we found that we had disturbed sleep due to the squeaky frame. The stairs are exceptionally steep and can be quite slippy if you wear socks - not an issue for us but something to be aware of before booking.

Positive: Trillis Cottage was the perfect hideaway for a relaxing holiday. My sister and I were blown away by its stunning location - nesled on the hillside of a remote valley with beautiful woodland and fields on its doorstep. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub in the garden made for relaxing times enjoying the views and appreciating the peace :). We both felt that the owners had thought of everything to ensure that their guests had a most memorable holiday. The cottage was also immaculate. A truly wonderful holiday!
