Positive: Stunning setting, peaceful and picturesque. Quaint and cosy bedrooms, excellent information on where to visit and recommendations of where to eat in the area. Beautiful fruit cake left for us and a welcoming bottle of wine. Location was excellent for sightseeing in the area.

Negative: Living area was quite compact, sofas and blankets perfect for winter but quite hot in the unexpected heatwave! Would have been lovely to have seating or maybe a couple of sun loungers directly outside the property to enjoy the sun, perhaps in the small elevated area behind?

Positive: A stunning place to relax and unwind with such charm and character throughout the property. We loved the layout of the property - being an 'upside down' layout with the sitting room and kitchen upstairs allowing views out onto the beautiful gardens and woodland. Our host, Hilary, who we didn't actually meet - but always quick to respond on the two occasions that I needed to make contact - was very kind and made us feel most welcome. With the woodburner and Christmas tree 🎄 in the sitting room, this made for a very comfortable and cosy stay.

Positive: My family of four stayed in this gorgeous cottage for five nights when we first arrived in the UK from Australia. It was the perfect place to relax into our extended holiday and explore the beautiful Cotswolds. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities and comfort were as promised. Positive: Had every thing we needed and was spotless. The bed was heaven, so comfortable. Our dog loved the garden.

Negative: We loved the property but as we pulled into Old Neighbourhood we went past the lane and got lost because the name of the lane was facing uphill. Only when we came down the hill did we see it.
