Positive: Location. Fantastic view to the coast. A great space for a large group. The layout worked very well. Good facilities. Comfortable beds. Two couples to a bathroom would be the most you want - 12 adults. Plenty of car parking. A quiet spot.

Negative: We would have preferred a 2:00pm check in and 11:00am check out. A light directly above the bbq would have been better for cooking at night. The censor light at the front door does not work. When replacing the towels, a larger size would be appreciated by adults. No major issues but these points may assist.

Summary: Great location which is perfect for larger groups.

Negative: No dishwasher, no coffee maker, the instant coffee satchets were 15 mths out of date. TVs were quite dated. Many complicated instructions. Air Keeper demanding personal information including bank details. When I said that booking.com had them and that I didn’t want to give them to air keeper as well they insisted I must to proceed with booking! They told me that they need to keep the owners property protected and secure! Well I want to only deal with people that are interested in keeping my information secure and protected! It was also very confusing having instruction come from both Booking.com and AirKeeper!

Summary: The house and location were great, perfect for our situation but because of the above we won’t return again!

Negative: No dish washer in the kitchen. BBQ was very old and dirty, rusty etc… Bed sheets are not very clean.

Positive: Almost everything was thought of. Very warm and beautiful home. Beautiful rooms and views. Love that kitchens has everything we could need. Was perfect for all 15 of us. Loads of space and amenities for all. Very happy and would stay again and recommend to all 😁

Negative: No outdoor heating. Couldn't utilise downstairs seating area and verandah as was freezing. No way we could all sit together and share our meals. A fire pit or has heater downstairs would be a perfect addition for the cold wet days. Apartment C needed a mirror of some form in bathroom to shave and no privacy locks on some rooms in apartment A. Other than these small issues everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Positive: Lovely big house for our large group of friends. Many areas to either sit separately or together. Plenty of kitchenware. Fantastic view.

Negative: Oven was a bit dirty. No champagne glasses. Would have loved a fireplace.
