Summary: Room was clean, amazing views. Hot tub was not working for some reason. Franklin took us on a great ride in a buggy down to the lake. He was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of the area and its history. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you !!

Summary: Great stay at Tres Piedras. Lake Ilopango view is amazing to wake up to. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Great customer service, and friendly, from Franklin at the front desk as well as the staff at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and cooked to perfection. Breakfast was also delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will definitely come back again!

Summary: This place is absolutely STUNNING. No question about that. The view is spectacular. The service is top-notch. The food is just alright. Why I dropped the ratings was because the hotel infrastructure is dangerous and needs some upkeep. The stairs and tile were unkempt, and my family ended up tripping several times. My sister fell face down and hurt her knees really badly. The hotel staff was very kind and they had a first aid kit on hand, but I feel that the tripping happens a lot to guests because the staff was not phased. My dad, my mom and my sister all fell.
