Negative: we rented a suburban chevrolett so the off Street parking space was tight.

Positive: It was amazing stay in this luxury Haus with everything you would need. A lot of space. The location is very quite even though very close to downtown. Laurie was there to support when we had a question even at mid-night. We would highly recommend this beautiful house.
