Positive: We loved the bungalow, loads space, lovely back garden for the dogs. Great location. We've stayed on the same estate for years so we know the area very well.

Negative: The bungalow is clean-ish, it could do with a deep clean. I found some mildew cleaner in the laundry room which I used to clean the on-suite shower. The doors all have panels that need cleaning as do the skirting boards. There are marks on most of the corridor walls which will wash off. The gardener arrived at 8am on Friday, surely this should be done on the change over day or later in the day.

Summary: Lovely bungalow in a great location.

Positive: Location brilliant, facilities brilliant, well equipped kitchen etc. Lovely space. It would have been nice to have bedside tables in the 2nd double bedroom. Also, attention to detail on the cleaning would have been nicer. Maybe a new Hoover is needed for the living room rug! The gardener turned up on our last day, so the grass was quite long during our stay. Although I appreciate weather doesn’t always allow for grass cutting. None of the above ruined our stay, I would have just expected a little more for the price.

Positive: The location is fantastic, can’t fault it for what you need. Close to the train station, beach and walks.

Negative: The place had a really bad smell from the on suite bathroom! The tiled flooring was cracked and one of the toilets was dirty! I would question the cleaning company!

Positive: Tremar was in the perfect location for us. Carbis Bay is stunning and the walks from the house breathtaking. Dog's aren't allowed on the majority of beaches during the season, but luckily the season doesn't start until April. There are so many local places to eat, fresh bakers, butchers, fishmongers, and aside from all the many attractions there is on offer, there is a links golf course within a mile, and shore sea fishing is particularly good in the area, although beware all the surfers and seals - in fact you may want to hang up your rod and simply picnic on the beach taking in the show's put on by the surfers. Tremar provided us with a very comfortable stay, excellent quality sleep, and well equipped. Thank you.
