Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, even catered to our vegan diet. Beautiful and clean room. Some free spots for parking

Negative: There was no elevator, which was fine for us but might be a problem for others.

Positive: Well situated for the beach and other facilities you are made welcome as soon as you get to the hotel a quick and hassle free check in the breakfast was nice and the accomodation nice and clean basically could not fault anything.

Positive: The hotel was excellent value for money, very clean and tidy, breakfast was ideal, the manager and staff were helpful polite and flexible - the room was ready early, so when we arrived they let check in straight away, even though we were hours early. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

Negative: The car park was a little small, but we managed to park both cars that our group brought. The shower head lifted out of its holder when I turned it on, due to the high pressure so I had to hold it in my hand to shower. A very minor issue though - better that than the pressure being too low!

Summary: Excellent stay, incredibly impressed. Will be my first choice next time I visit Bournemouth
