Summary: First time to Bournemouth - a mixed review as the food was excellent in the restaurant for dinner. Sadly, despite the weather having cooled, our room (Ash) was unbearably hot, impacting a good night's sleep. A fan was provided but it was not sufficient. Very soft bed and pillows that were not for us. Clean and tidy, a little tired, but no fridge and the difference between the temperature in the rooms and corridors would definitely impact rebooking. Our parking was waivered as a gesture of goodwill that was appreciated but we left tired and not well rested which was disappointing.

Summary: A lovely hotel with beautiful rooms, with an absolutely wonderful restaurant, we stay hear as the food is so good. And then you have a fantastic breakfast in the morning, we stay all over the uk but this is one of our favourites!

Summary: Easy to find, lovely staff welcomed us & the room was great, nice and modern had a good hot powerful shower, comfy bed & a full length mirror. Everything we needed for a one night stay. We walked back from the Nici which took about 20 minutes but it was a lovely warm evening.

Summary: First - lovely staff - very professional and helpful - especially the restaurant staff and receptionists. But…… we were ‘upgraded’ - in this instance meant a room at the top floor of the hotel - no air conditioning and noticeably hotter than downstairs. This made sleeping challenging so eventually used our own fan to try to cool down the room. Plugs in room limited so needed to boil kettle on floor. and… a bath in the room in a bay window. Who in their right mind situates a bath there? Strange! Sink made of granite which had fissures in the bowl and looked very black and unhygienic. Food was lovely but the set menu didn’t change much. My family came to visit and we wanted to eat out so asked if we could have a refund for the evening meal (we’d booked half board) we weren’t having but they couldn’t do this as we’d booked through Hotels.com. So whilst the staff were really lovely, I couldn’t recommend it unfortunately- mainly for lack of ac, (summer stays) the quirky bedroom and no pool which could have helped make the stay better (but tbh we did know that when we booked).

Summary: When we stayed it was very hot & we were on the 2nd floor with a west facing window. No air conditioning so it was very hot at night. Parking wise we arrived early & had no issues finding a space.
