Positive: The house is specious, location is great, we enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach and the 5 mile long beach.

Negative: The house was generally clean but we found a dead bird in the wood oven. I don’t know if it is the same dead bird from two reviews down, or another one, but either way it’s not good. I called Vacasa and it took them 20 hours to come and remove it.

Positive: the house is not bad, comfortable, near the ocean

Negative: it was very dirty, hair on beds, cobwebs, cockroaches, dead bird in the fireplace, there was an unpleasant smell in the lower rooms

Positive: Walking distance to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay for our family with kids.

Negative: The basement room was damp and musty but we couldn't open the windows to air it out because the bug screens were in disrepair. It's summer so there are quite a lot of bugs.

Positive: The house was beautiful . The first thing I noticed was the record player. We started playing a record and we immediately felt like our vacation had started . We loved everything about the house, the layout , the proximity to the beach ( we could hear the ocean waves from the deck). The view was beautiful. The house looked even better in person. There was everything we needed, even a nice nespresso machine. We walked to the beach which is a hidden gem . Very few people on it so very quiet and relaxing .

Negative: Nothing everything was wonderful.
