Positive: location was great, view was spectacular, place was clean!!!

Negative: Had 4 adults with 2 parking spaces, first night, Thursday was fine, second night, Friday, got back from a concert and had no place to park. Multiple vehicles parked on the sides of the road on the grass. Would recommend having to display a parking pass and have non-paying vehicles towed. Secondly the sofa was very old, could sit on either side however the springs were no good under the middle cushion and when you sat down you were pretty much on the floor. The bed in Master bedroom queen size was very comfortable, the room with the double and twin, both mattresses very old and uncomfortable, the double bed mattress was curving in the middle and the twin felt like sleeping on a box spring.

Summary: Very good, just needs new sofa and a couple new mattresses.

Positive: The view from the balcony was amazing. Could see the lake and the mountains. The location was great only 3 miles from weirs Beach.

Negative: I felt like it could be a little cleaner. It wasn’t dirty. It was just a little outdated looking.
