Positive: Amazing place to stay! Comfortable bed and great location, just out of town. Not too far of a drive into Masterton. Very relaxing and a great view of the town and mountains. Freshly baked muffins in the cabin was a lovely touch. Made to feel very welcome by the host. Would stay here again if I find myself in Masterton again. Enjoyed the board games that were available.

Negative: Nothing. It was a great experience staying here.

Positive: From a warm welcome with the log burner lit on our arrival, to the stunning views of a snow topped Tararua range on our final morning, this was an idyllic weekend out of the city. Adie & Justin were welcoming and accommodating with great communication. We particularly enjoyed pouring through the record collection.

Positive: very comfortable beds and sofa. Great shower. Fabulous view. Had everything we needed.

Negative: Didn't initially have a remote for the TV/DVD - but the owner found one for us.

Summary: Had a lovely time in the cottage. Definitely would like to come back.

Positive: Absolutely stunning We were unable to use upstairs bedroom but the fold out bed was perfect as we both needed toilet stops during the nite We will definitely be back next year 4 golden shears Just wondering if I should book now

Positive: Characterful cottage. Great location. Fabulous views. Very well equipped. Delightful outdoor seating from which to enjoy the surroundings.

Negative: The steps up to the bedroom are very steep, narrow at the top, and with no continuous handrail.
