Summary: This hotel was a pleasant surprise. For the price, we weren’t expecting much. But we had the best sleeps. The bed and pillows are great. Was there for 3 nights and had a great sleep every night. The included breakfast is on par with most hotels, satisfying but nothing out of the ordinary. Our only complaint was the toilet was very noisy when flushed. It did wake us up throughout the night. But eventually we got used to it. It is an older hotel so you can expect these issues. But overall, we would stay here again. We’ve stayed at all the hotels in Stony Plain, and for the price, this is an excellent choice..

Summary: Hotel is dated. Bathroom floor was not clean. Partly eaten muffin on lamp beside bed. Garbage not emptied and beds very poorly made on second day. Only towels were replaced.

Summary: Location is good. Nice customer service By employees at front desk Cigarette butts everywhere bathroom was dirty tub in room was very rusty on the bottom where you’re supposed to stand Mould in bathroom, got me sick

Summary: I was not happy with the state of the room (especially the tub) there was rust in the tub, dirt on the walls and the floor was messed up as well as the noise level after ten. It was advertise that quiet time was 10 pm -7am yet it was after midnight when things got quiet. The staff said they only do something if I had called down. I had a baby and the phone was at the other end of the room. I was not getting up, turning the light on, waking the baby just to get quiet night.

Summary: The locatin was convenient for the event we were attending. The beds were comfortable however the rest was showing its age. It's definitely a property that needs major TLC. Was advised that the property was going to get a major overall this winter.

Summary: Very noisy. Kids slamming doors running up and down the hallway up until almost 11pm. Was trying to sleep because I needed to get up early.
