Positive: Room was comfy and clean. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Short drive to local downtown areas. Facilities were what we expected from this type of chain hotel.

Negative: Outside facility was clean but basic, no complimentary amenities and a little further from downtown.

Positive: The room was clean and front desk employee Darsh was friendly. He was helpful and polite.

Negative: The room was clean however the TV wouldn't power on so we had to call the front desk for assistance. Darsh assisted us quickly and resolved the issue. Bathroom/shower was clean but the shower handle wasn't working so it was challenging to adjust the water to warm/hot.
