This 2 bed/2bath townhome is perfect for your business and leisure needs in Raleigh. Conveniently located in the North Raleigh our home is close to many Hospitals/Medical Centers, restaurants, shops, downtown and of course NC State! Enjoy a relaxing stay in your home away from home in Raleigh.

The space
This townhome is an end unit, in a safe neighborhood, with very quiet neighbors. The townhome is ranch style, with only two front patio steps and steps off the back of the deck. It is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood.
Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed and four pillows. The primary bedroom has a KING size bed, two closets, and a full dresser. The guest bedroom has a QUEEN size bed, a closet, and full chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have TV's in them with roku's on guest mode so you can log in to your favorite apps. There are extra towels in each bathroom and pool towels are stored in the closet for summertime pool use. A stacked washer and dryer are also available for use in the townhome.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking items you will need. Additional appliances include a toaster, food processor, hand mixer, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, and full size fridge/freezer. We also have a farm style sink and counter height seating that can be used for daytime working or mealtime eating. In the dining room we have a table that seats four and a coffee bar station. Also included is a little wine rack that you can stock with all your favorites.
The living room is equipped a double recliner couch and two swivel velvet arm chairs. The smart TV is able to connect to all of your favorite apps and streaming services and currently we have Peacock TV included. We also have high speed G-Fiber internet! The living room also has a basket of board games, a small collection of books, and other pieces of art to make you feel at home in this quaint space.
Outside we have a deck with outdoor seating, a table, and a large umbrella. Our backyard faces a wooded area and in the spring and summer you can often see hummingbirds feeding at our feeder! Out front there are two parking spaces for our guests to use in front of the home.

Summary: Wonderful property with updated kitchen and baths. Very nice outdoor space, which I was looking for. We really enjoyed the place and the neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Highly recommend!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 plus our dog. The hosts provided many extra touches that were a huge help: dog bowls and a tennis ball for our pup, waters and snacks for my hungry kids, and comfy cozy beds!! We will be back!

Summary: I visited Raleigh for a job interview, and I could not have been more pleased with this rental. It is exactly as described, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Checkin and checkout were suoer easy, and I had no trouble navigating around the city for great restaurants and shopping. The property is super clean, and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!
