Positive: This place wasn’t that bad, it did it’s job, the room was dated but clean and the bed was comfortable.. it’s worth the cheap price… we got there early 11am and they accommodate us for an extra $20, which was great because check in time is 3pm.. the area was cool, I’m a black female traveling with another female and we didn’t feel unsafe. We even walked to the store at night.. I had a smoking room and it didn’t even smell like cigarettes or weed at checking in.. I didn’t experience any loud noise or ppl hanging around. It’s a few food places, Walgreens, liquor store, hair store, dispensary and gas stations in walking distance… the lady at the front desk was very friendly

Negative: The only thing I really didn’t like is the uber/lyft fees … depending on what your during $25-30 but we paid $8 to blue line train and that took us downtown… also the $10 deposit for iron…

Summary: It was pleasant and it gave what it needed..

Positive: nothing to like! I guess I liked that they have a bed with no bed bugs lol

Negative: kinda far, staff is not very ATTENTIVE and THE ROOM SMELLED BAD.

Summary: you get what you pay for ! would've been better if the room was more clean.

Positive: It’s not far from down town Chicago. Pleasant comfortable king size bed. We arrived early and was accommodated before our check in time, we greatly appreciated the courtesy wait of only 20 minutes before we could access our room. It was clean and pleasant smelling.

Negative: Loved it, we will be back.
