Positive: The house is stunning. It's tastefully decorated and situated in a very quiet location with birdlife and trees surrounding the house. There were lots of thoughtful inclusions like tea and coffee pods and milk. The bathrooms were stocked with quality products. The bed was VERY comfortable. The owner is warm and helpful. The house is located between two neighbourhood shopping precincts and the nearby Sovereign Hill has some great restaurants and cafes as well as an awesome clothes shop.

Positive: The staff is the spirit of this hostel, very kind, helpful and respectful. They are very attentive making sure that bathrooms and kitchen are always clean. Here you can meet other travellers, it is good for solo travellers - but perhaps not for those remote working and having calls.

Positive: For one or a few night it’s ok and probably one of the cheapest options to stay in Recife in a good location not far from old Recife and other interesting areas. shopping possibilities closeby. Aircon in the room.

Negative: Few toilets/bathrooms for the number of guests. Breakfast was ok but when you got up late only rests were available. Sometimes the dorm got noisy early in the morning from people (including hostel personnel ) moving in and out and talking without respecting other peoples’ sleep. Uncomfortable mattress. No hostel vibe.

Positive: Breakfast Staff are so nice Location AC in the room

Negative: Disclaimer : for the price, it's alright but not that much... Lack of bathroom (2-3 in total for probably like 50 guests?) Cleaning 10 people in a very small room no space You have to pay for a towel and a blancket (towel was like 8 reais) They need to fix the fact that they have small ants next to my bed 🐜. Also bed did not have a stair.

Positive: Amazing house, lovely garden and neighbourhood, the interior design is wonderful, got a lot of kitchenware, very good for groups that cook

Negative: found 2 cockroaches on 2nd floor :(
