NEGOTIABLE for student or work placements for short-term stays for single guests.
Studio is surrounded by greenery for a nice outlook. Great location with beaches, coastal walks, Sea Acres Rainforest, parks, cafe, takeaway, Coles, Dominos, Hair Salons all within 5- 10 mins drive. Child friendly but unfortunately NO PET policy.

Clean, spacious, studio for those who want a comfortable space to sleep, while enjoying Port Macquarie and its beautiful surroundings during the day. Our desire is to offer competitively priced accommodation so you can spend your money on "experiences"
There is a small kitchenette (microwave, toasted sandwich maker, single cooktop) and the option to cook on a BBQ located on your private balcony.
PLEASE NOTE: The studio is located below the main house therefore you will hear upstairs activity so it may not be the best place for those who wish to "sleep in" or sensitive to noise. There are large trees outside the studio that is home to various wildlife, you won't need an alarm as the birds are singing before sunrise

Summary: Being new to the area it was close to everything needed. I had a teenager with me so it was close to the shops and beaches. Owner was great and helped me with everything needed. Price is great! Can not fault a thing. If i could advise a bigger bin that would be my only critic. Definitely will be back again!
